Project Manager
(relocation to WA State required)
Immediate full-time opening for a Project Manager to run projects of all sizes.
Our Project Management team all work onsite in our Tacoma office; relocation is required for this position. Inquire about a moving allotment!
Project Managers are responsible for the following:

Create and execute COP’s & Change Orders as needed to accommodate customer’s needs

Review and provide pricing/change direction for RFI’s/ASI’s/CCD’s.

Attend jobsite meetings and keying meetings
-
Act as point of contact for customers and vendors
-
Review specs and Door/Frame/Hardware schedules for compliance
-
Review contracts and purchase orders
-
Mentor Project Management Assistants
Requirements:
-
High School diploma or equivalent
-
Industry proficient as a project manager
-
Extensive total opening experience: hardware, hollow metal wood and specialty door knowledge

Three years minimum, recent experience as a project manager in the door and hardware industry

Computer literacy – Excel, Word, Internet, ProTech (helpful but not required)

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated problem solver

Reliable and dependable

Strong attention to detail

Extremely organized

Proficient at providing caring and respectful customer service
Jobs vary in size from small tenant improvements ($10-$15K) to large multi-use facilities ($100K to over $3mil). Most projects are located in Western Washington and Alaska.
